Recording New Album
This weekend we began recording for our upcoming new album. We tracked all the drums, bass, keys, and half of the guitars at UCSD's Prebys Conrad Music Center. This will be the best recording to date and has what we feel, are the best songs we have written in the past few years of Batwings' existence. More details to come soon as we continue working on completing this long-overdue record.

Recording Day
Today at 6pm we enter the recording studio at UCSD to capture the best sounds ever produced. Bryan will be doing all of the production and the three of us will probably just do a lot of sitting, standing around and getting in the way.

on: Making New Music

Halloween @ The Slaughterhouse 2008
The Halloween party this weekend was a blast! Big thanks to the fantastic ladies at the Slaughterhouse for putting on such a rad party. There was a ton of people! Thanks also to Bobby Bray for snapping a couple of photos of us. I know you can't tell... but I believe we all had costumes on at one point.
Anyways, we will be taking it easy on the shows throughout November and part of December. We will be spending most of our time recording as well as finishing up some new songs we've been writing. They are turning out pretty sweet.
